Refund & Return Policy

Effective from October 2025

At KEOB, we pour our heart into every pack — so your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll make it right.

1. Returns

Because tea is a food product, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken or the package is opened. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever works best for you.

2. Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, refunds may be made via bank transfer.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. But if you’d like to try a different product, we’ll happily guide you through a new order with any applicable offers or discounts.

5. Our Promise

Every product leaving KEOB is quality-checked and packed with care. If you ever feel your experience didn’t match our promise of calm, let us know — we’ll fix it with the same sincerity we brew every cup with.
