Shipping Policy

Effective from October 2025

We know you can’t wait to sip your calm — and we work hard to get your KEOB teas delivered fresh and fast. Here’s how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Once shipped, deliveries usually take 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Rural or remote areas may take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

We occasionally offer free shipping on special promotions or order values above a certain amount — because good tea should travel easy.

4. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

You can follow the journey of your package right to your doorstep — from “brewing” to “delivered.”

5. Delays & Issues

While we partner with reliable couriers, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen events.

If your order seems delayed, contact us — we’ll check faster than your tea cools down.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out within 24 hours at keobinternational@gmail.com with your order details. We’ll investigate and make it right.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India — but international calm is coming soon.
